    i'm getting the first thread up and running for all of our new members/challengers. for those that are new, you will post your exercise for today, may 2, sunday, in this thread. monday will have a thread of it's own. tuesday will have a thread of it's own and so on.

      Rest day for me today also, did a 5k charity run yesterday and feel like i need a new pair of legs lol!




      Goal 1 - 5lbs - met 04/10/10
      Goal 2 - 10lbs - met 05/02/10
      Goal 3 - 15lbs
      Goal 4 - 20lbs
      Goal 5 - 25lbs
      Goal 6 - YAY 30lbs lost!!!

                              Starting Waist: 33" Now 32" lost 1"
                              Starting Hips: 42" Now 40.5" lost 1.5"
                              Stating Upper arm: 12" Now 11.5" lost 0.5" x 2 = 1"
                              Starting Thigh: 23" Now 22" lost 1" x 2 = 2"
                              Lost 12" total
