    20 min lower body workout plus abs and push ups.

    Goal 2 - 10lbs - met 05/02/10
    Goal 3 - 15lbs
    Goal 4 - 20lbs
    Goal 5 - 25lbs
    Goal 6 - YAY 30lbs lost!!!
