I got this from Skyye last night. And I thought of all the excuses I could to come up with why I haven't been checking in. I thought, if I say it is medical, I'll be off the hook. Or if I tell her I've been sick.... That is all a load of :censor and to tell you all the truth, I'm disappointed in myself. The reason I joined a challenge was so that I'd be accountable, and here I was slipping back into my old patterns. So, Skyye, the reason I didn't check in was because I didn't exercise. Plain and simple. I'm not happy about it, and so I'm going to do something about it.Originally posted by SkyyeHey there :wave
I noticed you've missed checking in for most (if not all) of the 2nd week of the challenge. If you've been exercising and just forgot (or were too busy) to check in, let me know ASAP so I can get you updated on the chart.

I'm going to give the rest of this challenge 110%. I promise.

Lat pull downs - 40 reps @ 42kg
50 box step ups with 10kg weights in each hand
60 sit ups with feet held
row 500 metres
Bench press - 40 reps @ 35kgs
run 400 metres on an incline of 10%
Shoulder press - 40 reps @25kgssigpic260/215/180 Male - 36 y/o
It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
