            I got this from Skyye last night. And I thought of all the excuses I could to come up with why I haven't been checking in. I thought, if I say it is medical, I'll be off the hook. Or if I tell her I've been sick.... That is all a load of :censor and to tell you all the truth, I'm disappointed in myself. The reason I joined a challenge was so that I'd be accountable, and here I was slipping back into my old patterns. So, Skyye, the reason I didn't check in was because I didn't exercise. Plain and simple. I'm not happy about it, and so I'm going to do something about it.

            Skyye, thank you so much for being my little wake up call. :hug And I'm sorry if I've let anyone down, I know I've let myself down.

            I'm going to give the rest of this challenge 110%. I promise.

            Put me down for 90 crunchies and tons of moving furnature!

                              50 box step ups with 10kg weights in each hand
                              60 sit ups with feet held
                              row 500 metres
                              Bench press - 40 reps @ 35kgs
                              run 400 metres on an incline of 10%

                              It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




                              I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
