          i know you probably won't count this but i know how hard i work on wed. at the church kitchen.

          you are going to count me as a rest day.

          i say lifting full 5 gallon drink containers and several portable steam tables and full pots of peas and rice and chicken and then walking for 10 hours is quite a little workout.
