today...
I was at my class Individual fitness for about an hour and here's what I did...
1) 5 minutes each working on the treadmill (running all the way!), elliptical, and rowing.
2) then worked machines like leg extension, leg curl, rotary hip, etc...also did my abs, about 200 of them, THEN went up three flights of stairs to my room. :joy

My computer was on the fritz but now I'm back to report in!! :nod
I did the Slim In 6 *Start It Up* portion of the program and a 45 min. workout on my Gazelle.
P.S. I worked out every day I was not able to report in and I'm going through a phase where I'm becoming a little obsessed. Missing a workout is not an option for me right now. I felt like garbage the one day I didn’t and I also felt as if I were letting my body down again.

Walked for 30 minutes on the treadmill. In my "fat-burning" zone. Burned 309 calories according to my BRAND NEW heart rate monitor. Fun to use and nice that I don't have to keep checking my pulse. Whoo-hoo!Stacy
