Oh, and later today we also had a student/faculty softball challenge, and that was about 1 1/2 hours long, did pretty good too with all that running. lol :icondance

So far I have done 2 miles on the Airofit
As soon as I am done recording for my hubby, I will be doing the WATP express 2 mile walk
Can't do too much with the arm yet, but I can do what I can for cardio
