an easy session for me tonight. Just -
5 minutes warm up on bike
rowed 2000 metres
10 k on the stationary bikesigpic260/215/180 Male - 36 y/o
It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Wed - Rest Day
Thurs - Saw my physician, after the examination my hip was so sore it hurt just walking - hence Sick Day.
Fri - ran 4 miles sunny but cold weather.
