22 minutes on the stepping machine
50 upper body weight reps
50 lower body weight reps
30 minutes swimming (still learning) hope to soon be able to do a full 25 metre length.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
I cleaned house and did a LOT of walking shopping this weekend.
I'll workout hard tonight at the gym. I don't know how much I'll be able to do this week. I'll have family here from Wed thru Sat due to a death in the family. Whatever happens, I'll resume a good schedule next week.
