    Well the niece called me this morning crying in pain! Well, not crying but she sure was moaning and groaning a lot! LOL. But she still loves me!
    So today I started it Up again with her!
    I forgot how good this workout really is.

        For Tuesday and Wednesday....walked 30 minutes on the treadmill.

        (I'm visiting my parents and don't have access to a weight machine, so the treadmill is it until Friday!)

          I have family coming in tonight and staying until Saturday. I don't know if I'll be able to workout tonight but I brought my clothes just in case.

          I'm going to try to get a few days of exercise in this week but I don't know yet how the week is going to go. But I WILL hit it hard next week! :icondance

                  I spent 3 hours mowing today and am still not done

                  I know that President's challenge counts this, but I don't know if we do.

                  However if we don't then I am having a rest day today

                              not as much lifting in the kitchen today as last week. movement for 10 hours but don't mark me down with anything.
                              lets just call it another pit stop. i'll take my little couch and so glad to get my feet up!
