          Family arrived last night so I wasn't able to work out. The rest of the week is looking iffy.

          However, I'm down 3.5 lbs!!!! How did that happen? Thank you Whooshie Fairy!!! :icondance

                      OK I did 2 more hours of mowing

                      Also moved 1200 pounds of topsoil today 40 lbs at a time

                      first I loaded it into the truck. Then I unloaded it at the house, then I moved it to where I needed it.

                      Enough of a work out for me today.
