Hey!
Look who has crawled back to the living!!! :wave
Need to play catch-up:
Tue - Sick
Wed - Sick
Thurs - Feeling better but not up to exercising yet.
Fri. - Back on the road again! Ran 4 plus and extra miles just cause it felt so great to be outside in the sunshine! :joy Then did some gardening, postponing going indoors to do laundry and wash kitchen floor.

Ok did 2 miles on the airofit
