          Hey!

          Look who has crawled back to the living!!! :wave
          Need to play catch-up:

          Tue - Sick
          Wed - Sick
          Thurs - Feeling better but not up to exercising yet.

          Fri. - Back on the road again! Ran 4 plus and extra miles just cause it felt so great to be outside in the sunshine! :joy Then did some gardening, postponing going indoors to do laundry and wash kitchen floor.

          Ta, see you all tomorrow.

          P.S. Barb re: your "get well" note.....it's funny how a little thing like that means so much, Garacias Amiga.

                              I spent the day in St. Thomas, USVI. The day was wonderful. I was walking around 4 hours, like a tourist. Not for exercise, but I was walking.
