    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

    Hey!

    Ran 5 miles in 50 minutes.

    It was hard slogging today. I will need my Rest Day tomorrow for sure.

    Ta, till Tuesday.

                  Ok I need to update now

                  Saturday, I walked a mile but that was all I could do as my back was still way painful

                  Sunday I took an off day because of my back. It is feeling a lot better now and I should be able to kick it up again tomorrow.

                    Hi all first day on this exercise challenge.
                    5 miles on elliptical trainer in 1 hr. Felt good. Dont know if ill be able to do the 5 miles during the week but ill at least do three.
