Ran 5 miles in 50 minutes.
It was hard slogging today. I will need my Rest Day tomorrow for sure.

Saturday, I walked a mile but that was all I could do as my back was still way painful
Sunday I took an off day because of my back. It is feeling a lot better now and I should be able to kick it up again tomorrow.
