Hello, here is my catch up post.
Went to Branson, MO for four days...but thanks to this challenge I DID NOT skip my exercise!
Thursday and Friday I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then Saturday and Sunday were rest days.
Today I did weight training for 1 hour.Stacy
