I've had a heck of a day! Running around, went berry picking, chased son around berry field [actually ran] went grocery shopping. AC broke [today] in both car and home, so I've been in my own personal sauna today! (95 degrees today)

I'm exhausted, so I think I got enough exercise in today.

Ok slug me for Friday and Saturday.

Went grocery shopping Friday and drove to pick up the step kids

too bad we can't count a panic attack as exercise, I promise I was sweating and breathing hard

Saturday I went and spent 2.5 hours tromping around a house and taking measurements and making estimates of the amount of work needed to make it livable

So Slug me. I will do better starting with the new challenge

measure every Sunday night, weigh every Monday.

Here's hoping I start liking Mondays

Rest day for me today. (though I worked a 12 hour shift and only sat down for about 5 minutes, it didn't FEEL like a rest day!)
