I stopped taking my last calcium vitamin 'cause I found it had corn oil in it. But looking at my new one I'm kind of worried, there are ingredients that end in lose.
Croscarmellose Sodium , Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose , Sodium Lauryl Sulfate , Titaniuim Dioxide , Magnesium Stearate , Polyethylene Glycol , Carnauba Wax , Annatto Color , Carmine Color
And then I was looking about my B-Complex and more loses.
Cellulose Plant Origin , Dicalcium Phosphate , Hydroxy Methylcellulose , Vegetable Stearic Acid , Silica , Cellulose Coating , Vegetable Magnesium Stearate , Mannitol
I looked at all the vitamins at Walgreens and they all have loses in them. Has anyone found vitamins to be a stall because they have carbs in them? Where can you go to find vitamins without them?
Or, am I just over-reacting since I found corn oil in my calcium and what I have is fine.
I'm so grateful to have this place to come and ask questions, thanks everyone. I've lurked in the vitamin section for awhile now, I loved the pieces on vitamin B's.

So certainly not consuming vitamins of this sort is ideal.

It's really helpful for those that suffer from bloating during PMS and the rest of us during normal times.
