I have seen several posts referring to not taking iron on this diet but why not? I can't find anything in the book about it, but what is the reason for avoiding iron even in your daily vitamins??

















? But I will take you guys word for it. Per fit day I am getting plenty of iron anyway. Iwas just wondering about the constant cautions not to take it. All of my vitamins do have some iron in them and I hate to toss them! Maybe I'll find one without iron and alternate the pills so I don't waste the ones I have.
