    Lets get it started 70 pounds, Atkins,lowcarb , or if you a Vegetarian join us . I have 70 pounds to loose , even when I do I will still be here for you. I am starting out on atkins suggestions with low carb dieting. please share your ideals,books, plan,exercises, Ups and downs, sucesses, we will journey on this lowcarb lifestyle change together. Get fit and healthy, Lets do it starting today, why put it off any longer Become active in our mission to loose seventy pounds

    Breakfast time : Two eggs Scramble /Two Slices Turkey Bacon/ Wednesday, odd day to start but why put it off any longer. I have 64 oz. jug of water and will probally drink more, thirsty already. can I have any coffee , I don't use cream .

      I am doing betwen 10-25 of carbs today hopefully slower. around 20 my goal.

        What type of exercises are you doing. I am going to walk at least a mile every other day and do some jumping jacks , I like arobices,and tybo. something I can exercise to some oldies.

              I dont have much to lose now but wanted to welcome you to our ADBB family

              I noticed you have posted details of some meals but didnt see any veggies mentioned - you are having your 3 cups a day, arent you : 2-3 cups from the 'salad' veggy list and one from the 1-cup list if you only have 2 from the 2-cup list?

              Lots of us here use www.fitday.com to chart our eating and see the numbers, we aim for daily percentages of 65% fat/30% protein/5% carbs on induction and up to 20 net carbs (total carbs minus fibre carbs).
              Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
              Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

              F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
