:wave It's been awhile since I visited the Board and was looking back on my previous message recalling last year's call for help. First of all, I appreciate your responses! :nod It is very difficult to break emotional eating habits, but I am working thru this along with trying to eliminate the stressful moments in my life. I am limited yet from walking far due to the hardware in each of my ankles, but do my best at the gym. Also, I have started water aerobics for exercise to put less pressure on my joints. I strongly urge people to try this!! As for my weight, I have gained 10 lbs over this winter :anger but now concentrating harder on meal planning, avoiding fast food restaurants, and exercising more. It's just mind over matter.
