:yes Hi everyone, Just checking in to let you know that the scale went down again, 2 lbs. wooooooooo!!!!! Down to 180 I think I'll feel real good once I get out of the 80's it's always so encouraging when you go down one whole #. Hope everbody is staying clean, losing and happy. Success to all. Grumpy

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Congrats grumpy. I agree with seeing the scale go down, but don't lose sight of the other benefits as well, like clothes getting loose, more energy, a glow to the skin because it so nice and hydrated from all that water we drink.
Keep up the good work, and that scale will move some more. I am proud of you.
