    Hey guy I've just started the diet at 165 lbs at 13 years old and thar's pretty sad. I've been on the diet for aout a week and I'm down too 156 thats 9 lbs in 5 days I'm so proud. This diet is awesome and I encourage anyone to use it. :clapping :dancingb: [/b]

        You are doing great so far, remember to drink your water, and take vitamins, some weeks are ok losses some are great- keep up your high spirts

          Vitamins???? I didn't start yet, Im starting Monday, and I read the book and everything... But what vitamins should I take???

            I prefer "One A Day For Women". My vitamins expired before I could pick up a new bottle, but that's what I use to take. One in the morning and that's it.

            I don't recomend "One A Day For Weight Loss" because it contains caffine.

              congrats on your great start.

              you can take any good quality Vit you can afford. ask your Doc to recommend one for you.

                  If you'll be eating a lot of red meat, look for a vitamin without additional iron (senior and men's formulas are your best bet). Heavy metals don't leave your body, so you don't want to overdose. It's best to have a full medical work up done before you start, both so you know your challenges and can track your progress.
