Hey guy I've just started the diet at 165 lbs at 13 years old and thar's pretty sad. I've been on the diet for aout a week and I'm down too 156 thats 9 lbs in 5 days I'm so proud. This diet is awesome and I encourage anyone to use it. :clapping :dancingb: [/b]

I prefer "One A Day For Women". My vitamins expired before I could pick up a new bottle, but that's what I use to take. One in the morning and that's it.
I don't recomend "One A Day For Weight Loss" because it contains caffine.Age: 18/F

If you'll be eating a lot of red meat, look for a vitamin without additional iron (senior and men's formulas are your best bet). Heavy metals don't leave your body, so you don't want to overdose. It's best to have a full medical work up done before you start, both so you know your challenges and can track your progress.
