Unfortunately for me breakfast came at either 11 pm the night before in prep for a second 9 hour shift that day.

Prework - 15 Wings from Wingzone (great restaurant for low carb sauces - have carb counts on their website)

After work and 3 hours of bed, I had 2 cups of broccoli bacon salad. (The best Atkineer salad of all time)

two hard-boild eggs and leftover pork roast. Not fancy, but I was able to eat it cold in the car while I drove to work.

I didn't have a real breakfast today. Munched on 3 oz of left-over grilled chicken and drank the first 24-oz bottle of water. Later on I'm planning on 2 scrambled eggs with one grilled brat for a whopping 2 carbs. I have to make measuring a habit. I know I'm not eating too many carbs so maybe the calories are just too many..........

ONe Large Egg Fried with 1 1/2 oz of cheese, 2 sausage patties and 10 pepperonis in it. I fry the egg sso its flat then plop on the chesst pepperoni and cut up the sausage or bacon and fold it over kind of like an omlet.

I used to do scrambled eggs but I found I can't get it to not stop sticking from the pan, I eat this same thing every day and its great

Well, I'm a little late in posting this, lol. But I had 3 deviled eggs and 4 pieces turkey bacon. And lots of water!

                    Re: So Whats for Breakfast?

It is simply the best and easiest salad ever.
2 bunches of raw Broccoli - chopped into little florets
8 oz of cooked diced Bacon
                    Nuts (optional)
                    3/4 cup Mayo
                    4 splenda
                    2 tsp vinegar
Mix the wet ingredients and Splenda, and cover the dry ingredients. I think we have this salad at least once a week.

                            Re: So Whats for Breakfast?

I just wanted to add my version of the broccoli recipe. We add some purple onion, and shredded cheddar cheese. It's awesome!!! Sometimes we add sunflower seeds. I also make it a night before we want to eat it. The sauce makes the broccoli softer.
