Saturday morning I leave for a two week vacation at S.Cal theme parks. Three days driving in the motorhome to get them 7 days of fun, 4 days driving home. DH, DD, SIL, and three grandkids. It will be a blast!
I plan to cook and eat in the motorhome most meals but I will have to eat some in the theme parks as well. I'm on extended induction and I plan to stay cheat free.
This is my plan so far:
Stock motorhome fridge with bag-o-salads, eggs, cheese, cream, mayo, butter, low-carb dressings, low-carb smokies, and ham.
At parks:
Carry waterbottle and buy additional bottles during the day
Hamburger joints: order grilled chicken salad and watch out for the dressings
Hotdog joints: order two hotdogs and toss the buns
Ice cream stands: guzzle water and repeat three times "Icecream is for kids" then walk away.
Any and all advice would be a big help
