As many of you know it took me forever to get away from 300 pounds. I kept bouncing back above it time and time again. Well today I was updating my spreadsheet of my daily weighs, and I decided to see when the last time I was over 300 pounds. It was April 3rd. I never realized that I had put it behind for good. Now 290 is acting like 300 did and I keep bouncing lower then back up over it. But I know that soon enough, I'll never see 290 again either.
So if I get stuck at each decade, that's ok. My body is taking it's time saying goodbye to each one. Because I never plan to return to them after I say goodbye for the final time.
