    kkat55-When I first stated, my routine went like this
    taebo 1 hr ultimate ab workout
    strength training-various weights
    tons of crunches
    exercise bike
    1-2 mile walks on the treadmill
    5lbs dumbbell arm workout
    (I did make sure that I switched it up a lot)

    Now it goes like this
    taebo 1 hr ultimate abs workout
    strength training-various weights
    still tons of crunches
    exercise bike and regular 10 speed bike
    3-4 mile walks
    3 mile runs

    I have been running now for about a month. I really started losing my stomach and rolls when I added that in. It really seems to help things along a little more.

    Also, I don't think that you should take a break from exercise. Talk to your doctor and see if he/she has any idea what may be causing the sweeling and bruising in your legs/ankles. There are tons of exercises that you can do that do not involve much walking. Make sure you are building some kind of muscle (it burns fat faster)

      Thats the picture of the century!!! SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!! You look so beautiful and thin! My eyes teared up! I can't believe the differance just since that last pic 20 some pounds ago! I agree with Dream...you look SKINNY!!! You're going to be the most beautiful bride, and I can't wait to see the pics for that! Hugs and hugs for you! You SO deserve this success!
