Alright, I am back. I don't know how many of you guys remember me, but I guess if you don't you get a chance to get to know me again. A lot of stuff has happened for me over the last couple months (family visiting, my puppy/exercise buddy dieing, etc.) and I am honestly surprised that I didn't gain any weight back (i lost some instead woot-woot!). I feel like a failure for not following through with the way of life I knew to be working wonders for me. Instead of attacking my weight from three directions (diet -- fluid intake -- exercise), totally flopped on both exercise and water and just made sure to eat right.

On the other hand, I was so happy and relieved when I stepped on the scales this morning. This marks the first time in my life that I did not gain weight when I 'fell off the wagon'. Now, I just have to get the exercise picked back up and make sure I get the water flowing again.

Finally, I need to make sure I am popping up here everyday to see the lot of you. It just makes everything so much easier to have a support group. So, I guess I will talk to you all tomorrow. Be safe and drink your water!

    Re: Back

Hey there!! Welcome back.. Glad to see you didn't gain. Sometimes we forget how much this board keeps us on the straight and narrow... I've been in and out most of the summer and I need to get focused and get the rest of this weight off..but on the flip side..it's great to know we can stray away for a bit and still maintain our weight with this WOE!!!

You'll be downing the gallons of water and razzed up to exercise in no time at all!!

    Welcome home kiddo!!!

    Hugs, Tammy

I remember you too! Glad you're back, and that your temporary deviation didn't put the pounds back on. Wish I could say the same for myself! But hey..we're back and thats what counts!
