    Week 3

    take setbacks in stride

    Goals
    Make goals for what you will accomplish this week. Be realistic, make them attainable. Challenge yourself, but don't set yourself up for failure by promising more than you know you can do.
    When I started out I was doing 2MPH for 20 minutes and thought I was Rocky on top of those steps. Now I'm in much better shape and can do much more much faster so if I posted I was doing that now I hope y'all would kick my butt for being an exercise slug.

      well I did my workouts and made my goal even though it isn't the one I want it is realistic for the circumstances.

      this week I will be doing a ton of yard work as my weight lifting and 3 days of HIIT as my cardio.

      Looks like the aliens abducted everybody but Brandon and he was injuried too.

          Week 3

          I discovered during the weekend that I weigh 7 lbs more than I thought I did after purchasing a new scale.
          Goals
          I would like to lose 4 of the 7 lbs that I discovered I was still carrying around due to purchasing a new scale. I'm going to do even more exercise than I'm already doing...not sure how since I'm already doing a lot...I guess I'll look into making what I'm doing more efficient.

          I didn't post last week because I was too busy running amuk everywhere else.

            Sorry about not posting. I hit my goal for the week. I will continue to keep with the same exercise schedule this week and will do my best to report back in on Monday.

              hey wannabethintoo I know you are going for more posts buyt you are supposed to tell us your specific exercise goals for this coming week and if you accomplished your goals for last week not your weight loss goals. This is an exercise challenge you know

                  Not nearly enough water this past week. My goal is to get in my 100 min each day.

                  Goals
                  To spend 3 days walking, 2 days lifting or some other strength training.

                  Because I really was abducted by aliens....my daughter(s) have been sick and I've been in the early stages of the same thing...

                      What's your biggest fear when it comes to exercise? How realistic is this fear?
                      I don't really have a fear.
                      Ok, results from my week 1 goals. I incorporated interval training in my 5k walk/run on the treadmill. My best time now for a 5K is 41 minutes.

                        Goals
                        I'm currently doing weight training 2 times a week. I would like to increase that to 3 times a week and keep my cardio workouts to 4 times a week.

                        Is that better 2big?
