I lost 28 1/2 lbs during my first 4 weeks and the sense of acheivement is just awesome. I feel that if I can do that, I can do anything. After 3 days at gym I am up to 2kms per morning oon the treadmill plus 10 mins of bike. I'm going to MELT that darned fat!
