K so my weight was down to 187 then it went to 190 to i88 to 193 it's all over the place I weighed this morning the same as I weighed 2 months ago 193. I am watching what I eat added more salad veggies my ratios are good. I am exercising 6 days a week running 1 hour 5 days a week and weight training 1 hour 3 days a week GOOD LORD. I am getting pissed it would be one thing if this weight stayed constant but, the fluctuations suck and NO I ahven't lsot even 1 damn inche But I lost .5 bodyfat according to my last Bioelectical measure of BF. I am sooo FRUSTURATED and really I just needed to Vent. not going anywhere just talking about it makes me feel better.
