Thanks guys. For some reason, I love Leslie! LOL I actually listen to her! I've decided that this go-round with my weightloss, I've GOT to listen to SOMEBODY because I obviously ain't been listenin' to myself! LOL
So when she says, "Pick up those feet!" I actually try to do it! LOL Hey, I can honestly say I feel better for it, too. I'm feeling my body getting stronger. I still got plenty of abs, but I'm hoping they'll be a thing of the past!

Nice! Nice! Nice! Heee. I love Leslie too. Lately I've been doing Watp 2 miles 3 or 4 times a week. I can only get to the gym twice a week so I do WATP in between. I love it because it's a good workout but I can finish it. And you can do it any time. I have lots of other exercise tapes but the problem is I spend half the time standing there scratching my head trying to figure out what they are doing. Too complicated.
I love WATP for ABS and the 2 mile is my FAV!!! I am so proud of you!! Keep up the good work. I also like doing 2 miles of the 3 but haven't EVER completed the whole 3. It's a blast and keeps you motivated!

none. sat., i spent the entire day cleaning. yesterday, i was sick, so i did 15-min., 1 mile. today, i am still at work putting in overtime for a grant due next week. hope to do a least 15-min. whenever i get home tonight. i'll sqeeze it in where i can.
