I posted earlier today in the main Atkins forum about my leg cramps, but having those just made me think of so many other things, mostly that I still have 100 pounds to lose. Though I can admit that it's much better than the 117 I started with, it's going very slow now. I guess with dropping 25 pounds in 3 weeks the first time I did Atkins, I was expecting about the same this time around. Not so. I am waiting for the next 1 pound loss so I can say that I have UNDER 100 pounds to go!
I am making mini goals to try to not be so overwhelmed and I've been very good in not cheating. I'm doing more reading here now instead of posting so I can get lots of information and inspiration to keep me going. But the feeling of being overwhelmed won't go away today and I hate that!
I had a long talk with my hubby. He says that since I'm not eating 20 carbs to begin with, I can consider myself still on induction even though I'll be eating an extra 5g of veggies, but to me it seems like cheating to say I'm still doing the induction phase. What do you think?
100 pounds to go.

My husband thinks I'm aiming too high with my mini goals. I'm thinking 250 (where I ended up the last time I did Atkins), then 200, 180 and 165. He thinks there is too much between them and I should maybe go for 10 pound goals all the way down. Right now I'm thinking that he may be right. He also says that 199 is a better goal than 200.
