as we age we grow wiser, we learn what works for us and what doesn't, I am at that stage in my life where I am just coming to appreciate some of the more natural remedies available, and am also learning about them. Thats how our opinions change after all right? trial and error. My skeptical nature was helped along by a mother who would have bad reactions stomach wise when she tried anything new that was herbal. And her doctor who forbade her from taking anything herbal as a result. We tried many things to control her Fibromyalgia, only low carb worked. She went from being virtually bed ridden to getting her whole life back, and next month when I watch her and her b/f dancing under the stars in Hawaii, living her fondest dream, I know I will again say a little prayer of thanks to the good doctor Atkins for giving my mom back to me and the family.
