I tried Atkins a while back and did ok, but I did it "my" way instead of by the book and I ended up gaining back the 30 I had lost and then some. I am in day 2 right now. I think I am going to try your tip of not eating after 7, but in my case it will have to be 8 because of work and all. I am trying really hard and you give me hope that I can do it. I wanted to be a stunning bride on my wedding day, but just didn't have the will power then. However, I want to get healthy now before we start a family cause I want to have healthy babies and be here for them. I hope you have a blast at the wedding.

so I know how you feel! I think the not eating after 7 thing really helped me, because I have such a strong tendency to eat out of boredom and not for hunger. When I told myself I could eat when I was hungry all day long, but "kitchen's closed" at 7, .. for some reason it really helped me! But it was much easier to do back when I wasn't working full time. I hope it helps you the way it helped me though, goodluck!!
