Hey JeepGirl, sorry for your loss. My da died from heart disease along with obeesity. I miss him dear. You are working on yourself, that's great. Keep up the work you are doing with Atkins.

sorry foir your loss. I lost my dad a yr ago last week and can tell you the grieving takes a long time and has several stages and anger is just one of them.
