I had this happen. Ouch!
My Moms dr told her to use this when she had a bit under her breasts one summer.
In the foot section at your local store ... "Lotrimin powder spray".. not the liquid spray will clear it up quickly. Stings for a second but clears it up in no time at all. Plain cornstarch over if you want to help keep area extra dry while it heals. Powder tends to feed the problem ... the perfume in it irritates the rash and makes it worse for me.
You have a lot of advise here... just wanted to throw mine in.
