Okay, here is the deal. I did Atkins with great success back in 2003. I made the mistake of sticking to Induction for too long. Yes, I lost 60lbs, but I fell off the wagon. Not only did I regain the 60lbs I lost, I added another 30lbs for good measure. My biggest problem is veggies. I grew up in a veggie free home, it was all meat and potatoes and snack food. Which is why now I am almost 300lbs. I am starting induction tomorrow and with the exception of corn and carrots (both of which are no no's) I intensely dislike all veggies. I heard somewhere that if you try something 6 times you can trick yourself into liking it, but so far no dice. I can't even choke down celery sticks. I can handle lettuce, but that will get old fast!!!
I've been scouring the recipes but am feeling a little overwhelmed. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I will succeed this time!!!
