Hi everyone, i am just sort of making the rounds introducing myself as i am hitting induction hard on Saturday. I am currently finishing up the lowcarb yogurt, nuts and such in my house with my carbs averaging about 30 a day or so. i am losing weight even with this so that is good.
I've decided i need to hold myself to some expectations, and the basic truth appearance does matter and i am not happy with how i am so my appearance matters to me.
I have about 130 lbs to lose. I know that to do this it will take hard work. I have to be willing to work for it to achieve it. I am willing to work hard for this. Its going to take a change of mindframe, dedication and persistance on my part. This is the only way this will happen. Its up to ME, and only ME.
I look forward to meeting and getting to know everyone. I am single, live alone, work at a high stress job, and hate exercise lol but want to become an exercise addict instead of a couch addict. I am an emotional self-sabotager, especially during PMS which i do for about 2 weeks all the time hard. So i will need to spend these next 2.5 weeks preparing for that trigger.
