    I've heard other praise the WATP series. Leslie has many, many different work outs to chose from. So I'd say yes.
    I know for me what I am doing is a good work out.

      WATPs is a very good workout for beginers but after a few months your fitness level will exceed it and you might want to move up to a more challenging workout
