    This is my ultimate weakness with this WOL. I hate drinking plain water. <Gag> But... I am working on it. Last night while working out at the gym I managed to drink 40 ounces. I know that is a drop in the bucket compared to what others drink....but, for me it was a mighty good start. My goal is to just add a little everyday until I am where I should be with it.

    And... you are right Elmark. This team did need a lil kick. I'm noticing the other teams are posting a heck a lot more than what we are. Maybe we should change our name to the "silent losers."

      Snappy....

      I like water, but when I am at work or school, I hate that I have to go pee all the time....LOL
      And I think that my problem usually is pure forgetfulness (is that a word???).....

      If nothing happens soon, we will be more that just losers, we will be loser-losers......

        And yesterday I was out partying, so I just woke up an hour ago and it's almost 2 pm.....I have only had 1 liter so far..... :yikes

            Hey girlfriends!! I am starting BOOT CAMP tomorrow too, so I am planning on putting my menu here as well (Elmark, do you think that that is a good idea?).

            Yesterday, I had 1 1/2 gallons of water. If you guys have not, please read my thread on what happened to me last week when I did not drink enough water: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...=501514#501514

            Tomorrow, I am starting the clean induction. Yesterday, went to the movies and I cheated a little bit and had an Atkins candy bar (well, I guess that it was better than popcorn!)

              way to go starting bootcamp slim......

              I think posting your menu here would be great. I think it would help to motivate the rest of us....

              I must admit that it has been tough getting back on track after christmas....so I guess we all could use some dicipline... Yesterday I had rice pudding.....that is just BAD BAD BAD :no :no :no

              I'm glad you are recovering from your dehydration.....that should be a warning to all of us, that we really should drink the required amounts...
              So if you report you water and food for the day everyday in here, we should all be able to support each other.....I will do the same....we can be partners in crime....

                Ok, here it goes (if I did my measurements correctly) they are.:
                Bust: 53"
                Waist: 50"
                Hips: 50"
                Currently weigh 219 (As of last weigh-in last week)
                My goal weight is around 130-140
                So I guess I have around 79-89 # to lose. Depending on how I look when I get there.
                I will drink at least 4 liters of water each day.

                Just a note, I work 12 hr shifts on Th, Fri &amp; Sat, so I probably won't be posting on those days. I usually crash soon after I get home....

                    I absolutely need to work on drinking more water, great idea Elmark! I actually really like water, I just forget to keep drinking it! I am going to aim for at least 96 oz. each day - that's 3 of my Nalgene bottles worth....I know I can do that!

                    I've got 125 days until my wedding and I WILL NOT be an obese bride!! :no LOL! I am losing this weight for me and for my future, but I must say, a wedding is a great motivator! (If I needed any more motivation!!)
                    I was down to just under 220 6 months ago (before all **** broke lose in my life) and I bought and fit nicely into a pair of 14 jeans from the Gap.

                    Does anyone think trying to reach 200 (or lose 37.5 pounds) in a little over 4 months is too much? If I am doing my math correctly, that's just over 2 pounds a week?

                      Good morning buddies!!!

                      My goal is to drink 120 ounces a day (OMG!!). Yesterday, I had only 90 ounces, so I will let you know about today.

                      I will post my day here tonight, when I post it on the boot camp website! You guys say a prayer for me going into boot camp for the next two weeks!

                        That's how I feel too! I think that I want to be around 154, but I might have to just see how things are looking at that point!

                          I had 4 chocolate chip cookies on Sunday as kinda a "final farewell" to fatness before boot camp. I know that we were supposed to start this group on 1/11, but I really feel more dedicated to a change this week than I was last week (did have severe PMS - persistent marital stress - last week, if excuses count)!

                          Next time you think rice pudding (or I think cookies), we will cross the Atlantic and :guns !

                            I think that is a realistic goal!!! I will be here to support you every step of the way. You will be a beautiful bride no matter what, but I understand you wanting to lose. I know that you can do it. :hug

                            I, myself, would like to lose 100 pounds by June, which is an UNrealistic goal!! No, really, I have so much weight to lose at this point that I just want to see it go down and not obsess with losing a lot a once. I tend to get a little obsessed with the scale and tape measure (which is why you guys have not seen my stats yet - will post later today)!

                              I hate water too!!!!! Just plain and nasty if you ask me! Did you read my thread on what happened to me? Makes it a little easier to go down now!! Still, I would rather have a diet soda..........
