    Friday works for me!! I too have found that I am slightly addicted to the scale - so weighing in on another day is fine with me!

    Today is my "real" weigh-in date though.....down 3 pounds from last week to 237! :joy

        It's Friday team 4 - weigh in day!

        I'm at 238 (up 1 pound from Wednesday.....I hate TOM though....) but still a loss from last week!

          Unfortunately I didn't lose anything.....but I didn't gain either....and that has to count for something!

          I have been good at drinking my water so far this week, but today I haven't done as well. Only 1½ liter so far.....not enough at all. And it is 6 pm here....*sigh* Gotta go and drink......

            Alright....I'm thinking....we should continue this water challenge for another week, what do you guys say??? I need the support.....

            So the tasks would be; Drink your water, weigh-in during the week, and a new one.....what about our own exercise challenge???

              I'm up for a challenge!! I have been getting anywhere from 2-3 liters of H2O in...not quite the 4 I was aiming for. I plan to start working out again at the YMCA this next week. Hopefully it won't be too crowded like it was last year!!! I can't stand waiting on a machine or bike to "free up". I didn't weigh on Friday cause I was running late for work and didn't have time to step on the scales before I raced out the door. Should I just wait until this coming Friday to post any weight gain/loss? I plan on weighing tomorrow morning anyways......Congrats to those who have lost a few pounds...

                You can weigh in now, or you can wait until friday, it's up to you.....
                Not many of us weighed in friday anyway, but from this friday, I'll keep track of things, both weigh-ins, water and exercise (for those of you who wants to participate).

                I was thinking, if we all list our goals for the next week, then next monday, we can add it all up, and see how well we did....

                My goals for this week:
                Drink 4 liters of water each day
                Burn off 2000 calories at the gym
                Eat right
                Lose at least 1 pound

                        • I couldn't get into the site at all last night and since I work long hours on Th, Fri & Sat, I never even touched the 'puter...I'll post my goals today...better late than never...

                          I have 80# to lose...This week there has been no change in scale weight. It could be because I am still taking steroids (for a nasty case of poison sumac, compliments of my loving DH) and my TOM is all screwed up. I have to have surgery next Wed. for a D&C...my doc thinks I may have polyps (let's hope it is something minor screwing with me!!!). ***sigh*** If it's not one thing, it's another...Maybe things will get back on track after surgery...One the bright side of things, my complexion is looking much better!!

                          Goal: Lose 80#
                          Drink between 3-4 liters of H2O each day
                          Exercise at least 30-45 min. a day on my off days (cardio--20 min. & 25--min. weight training)

                            OK, My goals for this week:

                            3 - 4L of water a day
                            30 minutes of exercise, 5 times.

                            So yesterday (Tuesday) I got 4L of water down and the walking in. So 'm on track.

                              • Thanks curveegrrl. I can't wait until it's all over with so I can get back to the gym...I'll be off the 'roids in a day or two finally...

                                I haven't quite made my H2O goals for the day but it's only 4pm so there is still time...
