    I didn't see any other posts from team 4, so I just started one. Hope it's okay!

        I'm a loser, I'm a loser!!!! Hi guys!! I am so psyched up about this - I am going to lose 60 pounds between January and July. I am so glad that we are all here to support each other!

          It took me some time to find it too!

          Great to see you all! We are going to be winners.....I just noticed that the goals are:

          *the team that keeps the most newbies
          *the team that loses the biggest percentage of what they have left to lose as of Jan. 11th.
          *the team that loses the most inches between janl 11th and july 1st.

          And we have to measure:

          *fullest part of bust
          *waist
          *hips

          So girls, how much do you have left to loose??? I'm thinking 80 pounds until I am at goal.

            So girls, how much do you have left to loose??? I'm thinking 80 pounds until I am at goal.
            My goal lays somewhere between 50 - 100 more lbs. I'm juggling between them, herego the fluctuating counter. Perhaps I'll pick the happy medium?
            Nah, let's go for the full 100 more lbs. Heck, I'm just thinking out loud... aim high, right?

                  Well, I wish we were starting sooner.

                  I've had problems with stick-to-it-ness in the past. I figure joining this group will help me in that department. I cut my carbs down considerably after Christmas, but I haven't gone to induction levels yet. So, I guess I will do that starting on the 11th. I also started exercising yesterday, which will speed things up. I will kick that up a notch at the start date, also.

                  So, are you our captain on this team, Elmark?

                      Well, I have started already, but we're not getting any credit for it as far as the challenge goes. It's more for our own personal satisfaction. And that's a good reason. I figure I'm already going to have a head start on some good habits.

                        I found you! I'm ready to be a big loser and supporter for my team!

                        Quick question: What are we defining as "waist"? I always thought it was at the belly button, but mybodycomp.com says it's above the belly button at the thickest part of the torso. Hmm.

                            Hey Hey!!! I'm here and ready to lose! Where do we measure, and how do we win?? Wait, is that Pammie running towards me with a big stick? Ooooh. I'll just scroll up then.

                            So I'm cheking in from Pammie's computer and her swank new massage chair that she got today in the sales. Helloooo comfort! It's probably for the best that she's not on a team, as she'll never exercize again with this chair in her life. Eek, here she comes at me again! My point is I won't be able to check in so often until I go back to work, but the contest doesn't really get into full swin until after that, so don't panic.

                            Anyhoodle, I'm all set to drop weight like nobody's business. Only we're going to make it everone's business, aren't we. Gah. The swank new chair came with a swank new scale too, that tells me way more about myself than I ever wanted to know. It's a tad depressing, but it's only going to get better, right??? RIGHT???
