Looks like we had another successful week of getting our water down. I am always proud to see our accomplishments at the end of the week. Good job everybody. I am pledging 140 ounces again this week. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated, that is my plan.

I'm trying to drink my water today to help with constipation but it isn't sitting too well. Shooting for a normal 64 oz. The stomach is still queezy from the surgery.~ Terry ~Eat to Live, Not Live to Eat

I'm still having trouble drinking enough water. I get a headache after drinking 64 oz. I used to drink a lot less than that and be fine. Does this happen to anyone else?
And it seems like no one in my office ever pees! I used to have an iron bladder until I started this diet.

Water started getting easier the other day. I'm trying to drink it now, all determined to get a lot in, but it's already starting out a bit icky. So it's going to be a tough one today.~ Terry ~Eat to Live, Not Live to Eat

maybe your body just needs to adjust? I know that many, many people are actually dehydrated and we probably adapt, but it is better to get in water. I got 100 to 120 ounces each day this week
