I have been staying in the 100-128 ounce range each day. Looks like you girls are doing great. Keep it up.

Howdy, Brady! I lost count again yesterday. REALLY awful about tracking anything nowadays. But it was quite a bit of water. Getting a late start but two are in again. Shooting for seven.

i've been able to keep myself at 80 ounces a day. i'm amazed...i really thought it was going to be more of a challenge because i really had to force myself the first time around to get all my water in...i am pledging 80 ounces for tomorrow too...

            Re: Water Pledges Anyone?

I'm going to shoot for a consistent 96 oz. for my current weight range from now on, and let anything extra be a bonus. Six bottles of water shouldn't be an issue at all. But needing the bathroom so often when I'm drinking a lot more is becoming unacceptable. And I'm not working out nearly hard enough yet to break much of a sweat so this should be ok for now.

But I do need this challenge to make sure I'm drinking what I need to... So there it is.

I've been pretty consistant with my 124 oz. I'll be trying to keep that pace for the day!

Not to be a downer, but anyone hear about refilling water bottles? Apparently the plastic breaks down and emits toxins? DH told me he heard it on the news.

About the "toxins" from water bottles. If that were the case, why would they be used in the first place? Wouldn't even brand new bottles be breaking down?

JMHO, but I think it's all a bunch of hooyie.

I am not for sure about the toxins. I work with plastic bottles everyday and over a period of heating and cooling they do break down. I have filled over a million plastic bottles at my job, not water bottles. These plastic bottles I work with do break down. I have seen it with my own two eyes. Feel free to reuse your water bottles all you want, but I would advise against it.
