Hello Atkins Friends! My three year anniversary is coming up on 07-07-07. I would like to share with you the success I have had with this woe and wol. Beginning at 374 Lbs., and feeling death around the corner, my DOCTOR suggested Atkins and I've been doing this LIFESTYLE ever since. I had Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and all my lipids were out the window. Forty eight days into this woe, my diabetes vanished and I no longer required medication. It was, and still is, managed by this woe. My high blood pressure stablized after 10 months on this woe and I no longer require medication for that too. All my lab work ,lipid levels, glucose levels, liver function, kidney function, blood gasses all reached a healthy range and continue to do so. I'm at 254 Lbs. TODAY!So far I have lost 120 Lbs. and 55 3/4 inches! I have 55 more pounds to get to ONEDERLAND AND GOAL and have no doubt in my mind that I'll get there. I'm also in the " I Lost A Whole Jimmie " Club. So next time someone says to you , "Atkins Isn't healthy and doesn't work", You send them to me! I'VE GOT SOMETHING TO SAY TO THEM!

Thank you PaulaMM! That's the second time I've heard being an Atkins Poster Child For Weightloss. The first time I heard It was when I was Dicussing this woe and wol with my Doctor. I was telling him how successful I wanted to be with this woe and he told me "You already are", You're The Atkins Poster Child For Weightloss"! Since he was the one that advised this woe and wol for me, It meant so much to me to hear it from him. I have an awesome Doctor and great Health Care Team. Today it is officially my three year Anniversary of doing this woe and wol. I want all of you to celebrate with me by sticking with it and celebrating how wonderfull this woe and wol is. I'm so happy and proud that I stuck with it and continue to live this lifestyle. Life is so much better than it was three years ago." I'm living life rather than sitting on the sidelines and watching life live". I'm able to do all the things that I wished I could of when I weighed 374. There's no wishing now. I get out there and DO IT, LIVE IT, and EXPERIENCE IT! Life is Good! So celebrate with me by doing something nice for yourself , a friend or even a stranger. Spread the love. I promise you it will come back to you ten folds!

I'm celebrating by having tacos tonite and making the cheese taco shells,YUM. I havn't had cheese for two weeks. (Just to see if I could) I'm such a mouse when it comes to cheese. I will have a minute muffin with cream cheese frosting with a candle on top to celebrate my success. I'm sure my daughter will be having one too, she loves them! Well take care, have a good and legal day!

Thank you Deb for your warm wishes. Yes I have a very strong energy. So strong that some cannot bare and I have enough love in my heart for the whole world. I have no prejiduces! only in certain types of energy inside people but none on the outside of them. I'm very sensitive to peoples energy, and am able to pick up things from them that they don't see themselves. Spooky kinda, but really cool too. Some days , before I leave to go somewhere I can sense who I will see in my travels without planning to. It happens to me all the time. I've actually sensed things before they happen, such as my mother and sisters sudden death.Only my preminition was too late to warn them. That was tragic. I always say" We're on our own journey, and we walk our own walk on this earth, we have our own set of rules, guidelines, and priorities that we live by." Thank God for choice! If I was put here to inspire or help mankind in someway, then so be it. That's what's in my heart and soul! Embrace the day Deb, I am!
