      Thank you Greg for your warm wishes! I do have quite a following of people that I help along the Akins journey and spiritual journeys. I have friends that call me their spiritual midwife. lol It helps me to help others. Also it is part of my giving nature! By the way, congradulations on your success and journey! You're doing awesome and I bet you feel awesome too! GREAT JOB!

        Does it work? Yes!
        Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
        he said, 'Don't count calories.'

        Male 6 ft 3in 60 years old. Married 28 years.
        Began Atkins March 04 at 260lb, reduced to 203lb by April 07 and maintained.
        Blood Pressure Mar 04 147/94 . Jun 04 121/74 . Dec 04 119/72 . Jan 06 126/71 . Dec 07 110/70
        Atkins makes exercise mandatory - I took up cycling - see last pics at 203lb.

            You are such an incredible inspiration, and your attitude is infectious!

              Thank you Genevieve for your warm thoughts. Yes, we all begin with baby steps and before you know it, leaps and bounds. I lost my first 100 lbs. in ten months by following Atkins to the T! Not one cheat day! I only drank water and I exercised a little at a time untill I worked my way up to an hour a day. I truly beleive that this woe saved my life and continues to be the reason of my excellent health. I have all the faith in the world that you can have the same results as I. Stick with it and work the plan, it will work for you! I've been heavy all my life and this is the only woe and wol I have found that works. People use to call me Big Sherri, Not anymore! It's Hey Beautiful or Hey skinny! Always gives me an extra skip to my walk. LOL! I wish you all the success in the world Genevieve and Best of health to you and Yours!
