Re: What are your October goals?
1) Not to eat 1 piece of the "terrible Halloween candy" 2) As of today; enter my foods daily in 'fitday'
3) I don't want to eat after 9pm. I usually get home from work between 9:30pm and 10
m and then I sit and eat as I relax from my day.
4) Continue drinking my 120 oz of water daily
5) Keep in the positive frame of mind I've had for the past month. Its a nice place.
