    1) Not to eat 1 piece of the "terrible Halloween candy" 2) As of today; enter my foods daily in 'fitday'
    3) I don't want to eat after 9pm. I usually get home from work between 9:30pm and 10m and then I sit and eat as I relax from my day.
    4) Continue drinking my 120 oz of water daily
    5) Keep in the positive frame of mind I've had for the past month. Its a nice place.
    Lord, my dream is to lose this weight and to be healthier.

      1. To lose at least 10-15 lbs, more would be great! lol
      2. Eat every few hours.
      3. Stay on plan, cheat free.
      4. To fit into my size 18s comfortably
      5.Get my butt to the gym. Stay committed to doing exercise!

        1. To break the 300lb mark.
        2. Drink my water every day
        3. Be cheat free
        4. To walk for 30 minutes every other day.

          *Eating only allowed foods. (I'm on induction)
          *exercise 5 days a week.
          *come here daily for support and motivation
