You know I thought about that too. But by the time I got on the board today it was afternoon. Next time I will get it going if I don't see it though. Thanks Austlyn

Okay, okay... that's probably best b/c it's not legal for induction. I think I'm just going to make an induction friendly cheesecake to satisfy my sweet tooth.

Good idea Liz. You know, that pumpkin cheesecake is induction friendly without the crust. Just a thought.

YUM! That sounds good and perfect for Thanksgiving. I've never made it before but it can't be that difficult, can it? Remember...I said I like to try easy recipes. The first time I tried making the regular induction cheesecake I thought it was going to fill up the whole oven! It blew up so big! I still don't know what I did wrong but I poked a whole in it and it still tasted good! LOL

This recipe is easy enough. You can find the recipe in the recipe thread under desserts. Enjoy!

Thankyou for asking. my weight is kinda stuck right now that is a little frustrating I keep thinking I am overlooking somthing since I have done atkins on and off for so long I tend to have atkins comfort foods I put evertying into fit day and I made 20 net carbs exactly. So I will keep on chugging!

Yes, just keep on chugging. The whooshie fairy may suprise you soon. If you feel like you might be overlooking something try posting your menu in the 'Review My Menu' section. You'll get lots of critiques...too much this, not enough that... lol It might be helpful.

Well, hope everyone has a great day. I better go get ready for work. The school is providing pizza and cinnamon rolls for lunch today from CiCi's pizza. YUM! It's another day of avoiding pizza temptation! lol I'm packing a lunch and running the other way!

How has everyone's day been? No pizza or cinnamon rolls for me today.

I have no scale moves to report. I'm retaining water, and I'm not happy about it. I got sick to my stomach so my scale moved up. Ugh! Oh, well...I'm sure it'll be gone in a few days!
