      yea!!!

Since yesterday I had a little "woosh" I lost 3 lbs! I'm getting closer to my mini goal to be 250 by Easter. I know this doesn't count on this weeks weigh in, so next week is going to be especially fruitful for me.

I hope everyone is having a great week!

WAKE UP....... :guns :guns :guns SWIFT KICK IN THE HINEY :guns :guns :guns

I noticed that none of us posted this week :no I cheated this weekend and because of it, I've gained 2 lbs, :no :sadblinky. But I've decided that instead of letting it be swept under the rug I'm going to step up and be accounted for!

I hope you all decide to do the same :yes

                Weight: 264 (up 2 lbs :yikes )

                Bust- 52 (-.5)
                Hips- 55.5 (-1)
                waist-45.5 (-.5)

Even though I DID gain weight I'm down 2 inches, and damn it, I'm proud.

Com'mon ladies let's hear the proud pirate cry!

I'm down a few to 215. Apparently the whooshie fairy likes it when I hang out at my friends house and watch movies until all hours of the morning...each time I do it I'm a few pounds lighter the next day. lol

I'm at 230 My friend was commenting about how I am the "incredible shrinking woman" the other day, he's a great inspiration to me Am also trying to see how fast I can hit Onederland - now that I have paid attention to which foods slow me down and what I can eat...

:wave I will like to join over here. I just started my Induction Phase 3 days ago. My highest weight was 250+, I started the Atkins at 230 after first day of induction I weighed in at 225. My goal weight varies between 120 and 125. I feel good/waaay more energy, eating right to the Atkins Induction letter, exercising and drinking my H2O correctly. I cut back on the salt, and this is my 3rd time in Induction, but I've learned from my past slips where I went wrong. My exercise goal is to do at least an hour 5 times a week in a row, if I skip a day its harder for me to get back on track. I'm looking at pounds and inches, but I am not very patient and a scaleoholic, and I want to get over that impatient junk and I'm focusing on disciplining myself. I'm enjoying this site and the support and advice is great! I'm glad to be here and much success to everyone.

                          Thanks
                          **Nikki**

I will join too, since Nikki is joining late as well. I'm Kim. I'm a returning Atkins fan who fell butt first off the wagon last year and was then run over by the wagon. I'm now in the process of losing 20 pounds or so that I lost this time last year so that I can get back on track.

I'm a high school English teacher in Tennesee. I have three kids and a hubby who is a new Realtor. I just turned 36 and I am bound and determined not to turn 40 and be fat. I had knee surgery on Jan. 14 and am now able to get started working out and trying to recover.

I am going to the gym a minimum of 5 days a week. My walking goal through March 24 is 1 mile per day and a variety of gym work alternating between legs and arms with crunches and ab stuff every stinking day. So far, so good on all of that. I've got a work out buddy, so that helps a lot.

I drink at least 3L of water a day and keep my carbs under 25. I'm not on strict induction right now, but will do so if I start to stall. I allow myself nuts, a whole wheat bread/tortilla and honey mustard salad dressing, which are not induction legal, but that's it.

I look forward to being part of a group to help inspire me to follow through. I let too many things distract me last time and I am totally disgusted with myself for the setback.
